Some of your stations (WPHT and WMBP) I believe (not sure) are "network" 
stations, ie, not flag-ship stations of those particular teams.  There are 
*many* stations, for example, who carry the Cubs games around the 
IL-IN-MI-WI-IA area, but WGN AM720 is the "flagship" of the Cubs network.
I see you're in Wilmington, DE... I'm here in Fayetteville, NC and I can also 
get these stations down here (at night) on my not-so selective, and "average, 
at best" AM stereo tuner :
