The thing is, when I still ran a full-time BBS, almost all my users ignored 
system messages and bulletins. I mean, I had a bulletin that said if users 
played a lot of games/read a lot of messages and didn't feel they had enough 
time per day, they could write me and I'd give them higher access. But they 
ignoed it!! And people were running out of time when playing 3-6 games a day, 
and they never wrote me for access. {sigh}.. Kind of pathetic. But I suppose 

could just add about 20 pauses on the end of every bulletin..  That might 
make them read them Eh? :>
