I have all this stuff up on my walls so no one here gets complacent and
assumes that just because I live in the office doesn't mean I'm
staying.  When they look at me sitting at the computer, all the Oz
stuff is right in their line of sight.  :-)

Tis a quiet way of saying, this is where my home is.  (Well, a piccy of
the workshop just wouldn't do, coz it looks too much like my office).
