It's okay, but the upcoming Xpression with the 3D Rage Pro chip should be
something to see. It's supposed to be 3 times faster.
GLQuake is a modified version of the Quake executable, designed to work
with the OpenGL API (basically, how to render 3D objects). Any card which
can do OpenGL in Win 95 can run GLQuake; cards with the Voodoo/3DFX chip are
the main target, though I understand chips like the Voodoo Rush and Matrox
Mystique can do it too, to varying degrees of success (the Mystique not doing
very well).
