Hi Val:
I would suggest that a good place to start is to look at a copy of the 
catalogs - Quilts and other Comforts, and Nancy's Notion.  They both contain 
lots of quilting notition.  If I were in your area, I would put my suggestion 
in for lots of different rulers/templates.  My stores around here carry the 
squares and the 24x6 rules, but nothing slightly different - like the 
kalidescope ruler, the pineapple ruler, etc.  These might go over nicely to 
e
able to find them easily.
