Hello Miha, CA> as far as os/2 is concerned and afaik you can only access CA> whole files. MV> No. You can lock a only a range, using (for MV> example) DosSetFileLocks function, and setting MV> unlock file offset and unlock range to zero. Do you mean by this that only a maximum of one contigeous region can be locked? Since I would like to lock multiple regions within a file, each of which is contigeous, but the total are sure to be discontigeous. (am I clear this time?)
