The variability from place to place within the USA is amazing.  Unfortunately 
for me, where I live is ISDN is very expensive.  So long as the price varies 
so much, there is no universal appeal, which means that even if you live in a 
place where ISDN is cheap you won't find many people in other areas to talk 
to.
