Okay, let me be (one of) the first person to welcome Blake into his new 
position as Moderator of this echo...
He will have his work cut out for him...  You know wild & crazy scanner 
fanatics get!
Anyway, that said, I gotta question for ya' Blake (even though this is 
addressed to all)...   What other echos are you moderating?  I have seen your 
name around in lots of other radio related areas...
Oh, and one other thing...  Please don't take offense if you notice I have 
called you Black instead of Blake.  I found myself doing that twice already 
in this message and can't understand why?!?!?!   Shesh...
