So do horses, but that doesn't make them transportation in today's society. 
Just for the record, I'm an avid cyclist and I don't work for, or am 
brainwashed by, an oil company.  I'm a realist.  Some jobs simply don't lend 
themselves to cycling as transportation.

No, but as a matter of fact I do enjoy walking as a recreation too.  J, I 
don't mean to offend you and it's obvious that the rest of the echo's
