Charming though FYB is, one cannot escape that it is based on one of
the most predictable and overdone clichés in 20th century music viz:
the twelve bar blues.
(as is the main section of GH's other contribution to the LIB album "I
Me Mine")

Was it that he was so pissed off with the band that he couldn't be
bothered to offer up any "proper" songs?
(or that he was completely sick of trying to get his good stuff done
and taken seriously by "the Boys"?)


Lennon's lap steel playing is moderately cute though...
