Start with HOBBES.NMSU.EDU, FTP-OS2.CDROM.COM, SOFTWARE.WATSON.IBM.COM, and
FTP.AUSTIN.IBM.COM.  The major compiler vendors may also have some at
FTP.WATCOM.ON.CA and FTP.BORLAND.COM.
