I have located the problem now. My assumption that the packets from 203/600
were okay turns out not being quite correct. The problem is that the beta
version of TrapToss that runs on 203/600 produces incorrect SEEN-BY
information, adding "203/600  602" to the information. FMail
pukes on the double spaces, deleting every SEEN-BY line upto that point,
putting the information after the double space on that line on a that
supicious looking line after the Origin line, without preceeding it with
SEEN-BY, and then adding only the rest of the original SEEN-BY information
(plus any new information) as the new SEEN-BY information. I have informed
both authors about this. Hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly.
