In 615, just buy jets and keep about 100 million of them available for 
attacks. Put the rest in trade deals to Mozart.
In 100, build investments, and once they are COMPLETELY filled (doubtful if 
you follow my lead), then buy the jets to go along with my carriers.  Maybe a 
few turrets, but mostly jets.  970 is a bit more complicated.  I'm playing 
the food bug, so only play this one if the food is available.  Spend 
everything on food when price is low, even my 2 bill in the bank.  When it is 
high, sell ALL food.  Please make sure that at the end of turns, I have at 
least 2 bill in the bank.  Spend income on jets and carriers.
920, just buy jets.  I have too many regions on hand to play the bug unless I 
drop regions.
