I haven't heard them on their regular frequencies, either.  However, Radio 
Pyongyang's English swbc broadcasts come in here without fail.  Most of their 
news is a rehash of the KCNA stuff.

By the way, around 0330 UTC this evening, I was hearing RTTY xmission near 
the 6145.0 kHz Deutsche Welle signal.  Do you have any idea what the RTTY 
station is?  Hope you had a Merry Christmas.  Happy New Year & Happy
