And that is the least it will hold. The max depends upon the subject matter.
Some Fine shots compress quite dramatically. I recall getting upwards of 130
shots in fact. I would suggest that you try a few test shots on Normal as well.
I would never consider using it when I suspect that I will be making large
prints, but use it quite frequently when shooting for the web or for small
prints. It is "lossy" and artifacts would probably be apparent in
a 13"x19"
print. However, it does double the number of shots on the card.
