No.  (Although you can get dmake, which will.)

The following is a bake file to compile "target.exe" from a bunch
of source files, and link with an optional library:

target.exe
source1.cc
source2.cc
source3.cc
source4.cc
extra.lib
resource.rc
standard.def

It'll resolve all the dependencies automatically.  You don't need to tell
it which header files to check, it'll look for #include lines and figure it
out itself.  To make a .dll or .lib instead of an .exe, change the
extension of the file on the first line.
