Let me guess. You seem to be fairly knowledgeable when it comes to virii, 
which probably means you've got your system locked up very tight, with only 
those who have extreemly high access being able to get to a shell. You seem 
fairly sensible, so only those who are mature enough to be trusted would get 
that sort of access, and that is probably limited to yourself. You don't 
appear to be running Searchlight.
So, how is this person going to do any harm to your board, esp since it would 
by now have no access to your system, and if you've sent a copy of this to 
it's parents then it's probably lost modem/computer access for the rest of 
the year :-)
