BF>> Just found out that this time we will land on Bangkoks new airport. The
BF>> old one was terrible and took ages to pass through. The new one will be an
BF>> experience and it lies east of Bangkok instead of north-wes

CS> Good. I've never flown to Thailand so wouldnt know. I seem to recall a
CS> stopover though there but didnt have to get off the plane? On the way to
CS> Japan from UAE. Flight continued to Osaka from there I think.

What I'm most troubled about is the change we have to make at Amsterdam.
We only have 75 mins to find the Bangkok flight and normal time for that is
105 mins but KLM have approved it so.......

BF>> Haven't heard that they do fingerprints other than in the US. In Bangk
BF>> they took photos.

CS> Some of my stuff is mixed up because of military travel. I dont
CS> personally have a problem with the concept, but then, I joined the Navy
CS> deliberately and knew I had extra requirements due to the job. For
CS> example, not related to 'travel' I got noted as not having DNA on record
CS> yet at the same time. Got taken care of. It's now on record so if i get
CS> killed and there isnt much of me left, I can be hopefully identified so my
CS> family can not 'wonder forever' what happened to me. Thats a 'good thing'
CS> for me, but I am sure others might find being on record to that level
CS> would be a bit disturbing. They dont live my lifestyle so have a
 CS> different perspective on it.

As I think you know, both Carina and I have SWE tattooed on our upper right
arm, that a Canadian saw when we were at Domenican and thought it ment
South West England.

CS> If I get turned into fish-food but a bit of me doesnt get eaten and washes
CS> up someplace, there's a chance they can identify me and my family will get
 CS> my insurance right away.

Let's not hope it will come to that.
