Has anyone had random crashing when bring up file open and file save dialog
boxes.  The crashes are reported to be in PMCTLS.DLL.  
I have noticed the problem with the Borland C++ compiler with opening
projects and files, IBM Works when opening files and my own applications
when opening and saving files.  
The one common factor between all of these is that they all seem to use
extended attribute file types in some way.
