ADF is a freeware DOS FOSSIL that is designed to work well with Windows. 
Look for ADF_150.ZIP (I believe).  You can send an email to bbs{at}kd5col.info
with the subject of FREQ and the message body of FREQ ADF_150.ZIP and
you'll receive it in the mail. :)
