Hmm...wouldn't the clips make it easier to find, then convict the folks?
One problem in cases like that can be a lack of witnesses willing t testify.
Prosecutors like crooks who provide their own evidence of their misdeeds.
Juries like them too. Kind of eliminates ambivalence about whether the
person is innocent or guilty.

Whats the penalty for assault? Greater than 5 years and $100,000 fine, I
hope?
