Hello Rob!

Sounds like a rehash of a discussion I had with Michael Kilby. The default
is 64, but OS/2 sets it with a THREADS= line to 256. Most systems will run
fine with 128 or 160 active threads. I have seen BackMaster running up to
30 threads while doing a drive search on my system and this program uses
the most threads here.
