try:

 hwndFrame = WinCreateWindow (...);
 pfnwpFrame = WinSubclassWindow (hwndFrame, );

in your window procedure use:

 switch (ulMsg)
 {
  ...
  default:
   return pfnwpFrame (hwnd, ulMsg, mp1, mp2);
 }

to pass all messages not handled to the old frame window procedure.
