Correct, but then you will see something like this:

       # Origin: xxxxxxxxxx

If the MSGID matched the "original" origin line before the gate, then as
you can see once the gate is made, the MSGID no longer matches the "new"
origin line.  This will now potential fail some packet verifiers.

If matching MSGID address and ORIGIN line address is a must, then the
gating software must add logic to "change" the msgid.  We all know that
isn't the case and I don't see that happening.
