My ideas for topics:
Varying Mileages:  How No Two People See the Same WDW Attraction in
Exactly the Same Way (pick An Attraction such as a Walk-Around
Character Meet, a Ride, a Shop, a Resort or whatever and then observe
all the different ages, sexes, national origins, etc. of folks who
go there)
Varying Mileages:  The Faces of Disney Fans at (Name of Attraction)
(similar to above)
Just How Many Walk-Around Costumed and Face Characters _Are_ There,
Anyway?  (Photograph all the walk-around and face characters doing
meet-and-greets that you see anywhere.  Can be more than one of,
say, Mickey as he is at various resorts at character dining restaurants,
at MK in Toontown Fair, Epcot, parades, in different costumes, etc.
But you get the idea, just of all the characters.)
The Boats and Floating Means at WDW
The Buffets of WDW (YUM!  BURP!)
The Faces of Great Disney Cast Members (those who show the great
Disney Spirit and make your vacation particularly enjoyable)
Wildlife at WDW (birds, squirrels, critters that you see, an excuse to
enjoy Discovery Island and go diving at Typhoon Lagoon)
THIS is What "Disney Magic" is all about
People Caught in the Act of Doing the Macarena at WDW ;-)
Hidden Mickeys at WDW (This is Rich's idea.)
All The Different Colors of Confetti There Can Be at WDW ;-)
