Not quite.  There's at least one technique where I can move the window
offscreen upwards -- but moving the mouse brings it back onscreen.

Alternatively (which, in fact, I do when I'm running a netmeeting session),
drag the toolbars to the bottom of the Word or Excel or Project window. 
This lets the other people see more of the document being discussed at the
top of the window.  In my case, I'm often running at a high resolution on a
large screen and they are using smaller screens so this approach
effectively "hides" the tool bars from them while leaving them
accessible to me.

But ... useful screen real estate is still occupied by toolbars when it
could be occupied by the document.
