Select the file(s) you want listed in Explorer.  Right click on one of the
files (preferably the first one in the list if you want it to be sorted
correctly) then click on "Send To -> Clipboard as Name".  Then
paste into Notepad or something.

If you want to recurse a group of directories you can use Start -> Find,
highlight all the files in the results window then right click.

If you don't have a Clipboard as Name menu item then you'll need to install
the Send To X add-on (part of Microsoft PowerToys), although you can
download it separately depending on where you look.
