The -only- way I would ever use a hacked key is if I couldn't obtain a
key from the author legitimately.  

With that said I am at my wits end... I lost my registered copy of qedit
in a fire, and it's no longer developed or supported.  I would give
anything to have a registred copy of it again.  I hate this press f10
and the reloading of your document at the end drives me crazy.

But if registering IREX legitimately will entice the author back in
development then it's worth it.
