To be precise, it would be fair to say that Rar will beat Uc2proR3 on almost 
any practical situation. What makes Uc2proR3 much better than Rar is that at 
the expense of size (compared with rar) it can compress/decompress/update 
solid archives ASTRONOMICALLY FASTER than rar. Also notice that uc2 can keep 
versions of files.
