To get him, place the cursor on Ryu.  Then hit and hold Start.  Move the 
joystick right, up, down, left (that's right to Adon, up to Akuma, down to 
Adon, and left to Ryu), then while still holding start hit a button.  
Depending on what button(s) you press, you can get different colors.  He's 
nothing special.  Basically a toned down Akuma.  There's also Super Akuma, 
original Zangief, and original Dhalsim in the game.  There might be more, I 
don't know.
