If you are looking to program a device driver to do it, maybe you should
get in contact with Timur Tabi, he wrote the high resolution timer driver
timer0.sys. You can reach him at timur{at}io.com, if you have e-mail.
Further more, he is often in the COMP.OS.OS2.PROGRAMMER.* if you have
access to newsgroups, that may be the best way to try to get to him.
