Mmh, PRCP.INF says the following:

Note: Although graphics mode support is provided in VioSetMode, this
support is not provided by the Base Video Handlers provided with OS/2.

Does anybody know how to do graphics in console mode ?

If not, you may have to resort to making a PM program (=GUI).
