Guess how many are CFR members on the HCI National Committee?  The
following is according to my old Council on Foreign Relations member list:

 Mr Victor Palmeri * (Victor H. Palmieri on CFR list)

HCI is pretty topheavy with CFR members, since CFR only has around 4,000
members nationwide.
