I was the one who originally brought up the subject. Did you not see my post in the OS2 echo on this subject a month ago ? Even prior to OS/2 Warp 4 it is not reliable. As I hope you saw in my original message I was trying to discourage its use as an "HPFS detector", because it yields too many false positives with other non-FAT filesystems on _any_ version of OS/2. DosQueryFSInfo is obviously the _correct_ answer. He cannot use that from his DOS program of course. But then again he should be writing OS/2 programs by now ...
