Thomas Seeling was conversing eloquently to Jim Hansen: JH> I'm trying to set up GNU through EMX on my OS/2, but everytime I try to JH> run GCC I get an error. I get a SIGSEGV error and a fatal signal 11 in JH> cc1. I'm sure I have it configured properly, so I'm not sure what the TS> Great that you tell version numbers for all installed TS> modules when you ask for help in this echoarea. TS> Current version is emx 0.9c with fix 4. Find it out with TS> emxrev and gcc -v. emxrev.cmd tells you the revision levels TS> for all emx DLLs. I'm running GGC v2.7.2.1 and the emx versions are 50+. I think the problem was that I had another copy of EMX in another path. When I did the emrev -c:\config.sys (or whatever that exact command was) it showed them up. I have sisnce deleted them, and it is all working now.
