-=> Quoting Jeff Green to John Tserkezis <=-
Hello Jeff,
JG> I heard this one while standing next to girl (I didn't know her) at
JG> the Bourbon & Beefsteak bar years ago:
JG> "Do you come here often?"
JG> At hearing this I looked straight at her to guage her reaction. She
JG> looked straight at me so as not to embarrass the poor sod on her other
JG> side who uttered it. Unfortunately we both cracked up :-)
JG> Great pickup line that was :-) Only time I've ever heard it in real
JG> life.
Ah yes, but did it work?
Another one I heard about was "Are you ready to go home yet?"
To some girl
he didn't know. They left together.
Actually, as far as pick up lines go, I've been told that the more bizaar ones
are the better ones. The clean subtle lines are just a turn-off, but the
real grubby ones have by far one majority result. They laugh because it's so
damn obvious that you're joking they can't really help reacting in any other
way than laugh. Also serves a dual purpose to break the ice.
Actually, I might post the list once I get it finished, anyone willing to try
them out? If no-one takes the bait, I might try myself as a weirdo social
experiment. All in the interest of science you understand.
Women don't hit men with glasses do they?

... She said I never listen to her, or something like that...
