whats the problem? its a simple os2 ini file. you can read it with any INI
file reader you want. the contents are the entrys you see in the dial other
internet provider dialog. 

eq:

epm: K:\LC32\L\UTIL >inilist I:\mptn\etc\tcpos2.ini

        [USER_NAME] in length 11 :      mario semo(0x00)
        [NEWS] in length 15 :   news.magnet.at(0x00)
etc.
