Early entry days allow WDW resort guests into the parks 90 minutes
earlier than the peasants--not one hour.  Don't miss out!
The three most important rules for getting the most out of the major
parks are: 1. Early, 2. Early, 3. Early!  Based on a log I kept during
my last visit, you can visit more attractions before 11 a.m. than you
can the whole rest of the day.
One other piece of advice:  Because of resort guests like you, whichever
park has early entry each day will be more crowded than the others.
Take in the early entry, by all means, but after 10 or 11 a.m., move to
one of the other parks for minimum crowds.
