How about that U.S. government employee termination benefit
plan package Saddam was the recipient of?

A real cost cutter and with the added assurance of continued
confidentiality about certain odd U.S. foreign policy practices.

At least he got the fair trial.
Iraqi all the way from A-Z and with his United States appeal
turned down so elequently by a judge with the pronouncement of 
that's bull.

I can't say he was all that warm and fuzzy but for many a year we called
