What, are you telling me that Rich never took you to see the submarine
races under Lake Ponchetrain?  We even have them on the Tennesee River
here in Chattanooga!  It's one of the most popular spectator sports
known to man (and woman) and you've never been???
In fairness, it is pretty hard to see anything happening.  The
submarines only surface when there's been a wreck, and that is *very*
rare.  Indeed, since the start and finish times are secrets known only
to the submarine captains, it can be difficult to know when the races
are being run and when you're just staring at the top side of water...
Nevertheless, it's a sport that should not be indulged alone or with a
big crowd; two being a perfect number.  Next time you're near a large
body of water at dusk, grab that silly mouse-friend of yours and "Go to
the Races!"
