subject: Bike Weight Vs. wheel weight

If I can add to the weith issue it is more important to remove weight off
something that is moving then what stands still. It goes with the example
given of using dumbells. It would be better to take weight off your wheels
then taking weight off your bike frame or even body frame ( though off the
body would be healthier if over weight). But be careful. Removing so much
weight off the whees may make them more accessible to breakdown. So ask at
the shop before making changes.
