Regardless, it is demonstrably untrue that Watcom have no Internet address.
 They have been using "watcom.com" instead of
"watcom.on.ca," and they have a web page under
"http://www.powersoft.com/".

There is no question that the quality of the support has declined, but this
is, in my opinion, more a result of the compiler changing from a $1500
product to a $300 product than from the Powersoft acquisition. When the
compiler was outrageously expensive, it came with unlimited free support;
now it doesn't.
