Contact IBM Direct and ask them for the demo/evaluation version. Warning:
the demo version is not fully compatible with Warp 4.0

And, yes, it will compile programs. It also has classes for creating tool
bars,fly over help, information areas for help messages (these features are
not available in Watcom C++, for example).
