Thank you, this is the lead to the solution. The kernel turned out to have
buildlevel 8.209 and there indeed isn't a debug kernel version 8.209 on the
cd-rom (Why, all other versions seems to be there). I'll check out IBM's
ftp-site tomorrow to see if it is there.
