Pete, I live in the Baltimore area.  I think the dealer you're thinking of is
Parrots Plus, but it also be House Of Tropics.  In my humble opinion, Parrots
Plus is not a professionally ran business.  I have been there many times and
never felt comfortable with their birds.  Many birds are in undersized cages 
or
too many birds in one cage.  I don't like the fact that anyone can walk into
the bird room and tease the birds without an employee seeing them or either
telling them not to tease.  I went to their Summer Sale, cages were dirty,
their birds were stressed and the sale prices were not all that great either.
House of Tropics doesn't have that many birds, I don't think they breed their
own birds.  I think they buy from local breeders, but most, if not all of the
birds seem to be healthy.  I buy from California, Aves International.  Very
professional, cheaper to buy and pay freight charges then to buy from pet
stores in Baltimore Metro area.  I can give you the number if you are
interested.
