AFAIK SMTP sends command/stati in ASCII so you don't need a library.
A TCP library (BSD like sockets) is already installed in your system (as a
DLL) you just need information how to use it. Information is included in
IBM's developers toolkit for OS/2 Warp 4 (DevCon, seperate product) or --
maybe -- on IBM's developers webpages (register as guest, no costs). It
may be easier to use EMX especially if you want to port UNIX stuff: all BSD
socket stuff is included/documented.
For PPP: I don't know.
