FREQ "PDCOMM" from 3:711/934.  It's public domain with C source
code.  It doesn't have the kermit + ascii transfers you wanted though. 
Zmodem is available though, by FREQing "PDPZM".  Bob Juge,
1:106/2000 has the latest version of this stuff on his system I believe.
