YOO HOO!
Finally saw Light Magic, and I have three good things to say about it!
1. For anyone who has never seen MSEP (and that is a LOT of people),
Light Magic seems to be thrilling, and well received.
2. According to the cast members (and guest relation folk, of which
there are many, keeping the traffic flowing) a lot of changes have been
made since the passholder event.
and 3. I saw it twice (I dislocated my knee and was forced to stay in
one place with an ice pack, so I chose the bench opposite the candy
shop) from Main Street and thought that the buildings were JUST GORGEOUS
(yes, I needed to shout). I would be happy just to watch the buildings,
with NO floats (just kidding).
Anyway, we had a Lovely time at Disneyland. After I dislocated my knee,
my 8 year old and her 8 year old friend went back and forth from
Matterhorn to First Aid, and then Splash Mtn. to First Aid. Only in
Disneyland, and because we are passholders, did I feel confident enought
to let her do this on her own. I don't let her go to McD's bathroom by
herself. And the best part was that they wheelchaired me through the
cast members gate, and we went past the Light Magic "floats" with just
their lights on, no music, no pixies, no glitter. JUST GORGEOUS!
