   Why do you say they are totally dependent on Z1 for their mail?
   Perhaps they chose to get some of it from Z1 because they can get
   good connections there.

   What are your reasons for getting mail from Z1?  [actually, I cannot
   verify that you *get* mail directly from Z1, but I can verify that
   you *send* mail directly to Z1.]

   Could their reasons be the same?
