  There was a list doing the rounds some time back on fun you can have with 
telemarketers.  Basically, string them along while they're trying to sell you 
carpet cleaner, and at the end, tell them you have polished floorboards.

  I get a couple of aborted calls a day on my fax/data line, either that, or 
someone with a chinese modem can't connect.

  I've had only one wrong number on my fax line, someone was trying to fax 
their bank something.  I didn't pay attention to it, which is probably what 
their bank would have done with it, had they actually recieved it.

  My bastards never get it right.  They keep calling.  Just as well I have a 
tireless modem doing the answering.
